Beautiful beachfront location with fine views.

I was disappointed by the outdated decor in the room. The cleanliness was not up to par, and it seemed like it wasn't a priority. The breakfast offerings fell short of what I'd expect for the price paid, failing to meet even basic standards.

The location was great and good, the staff were accommodating. Found a place called Orsa Minore, set a short walk to the hotel, ate there a few times.

Very pleasant overall experience. Cheap hotel in a pretty nice area near to the beach and the main walking street in Viareggio, and parking and park a beach and shops and restaurants. Had double room with great views, a balcony, as for instance. Very amiable and excellent staff with good manners. Public parking nearby provided...

The awkward shower situation where I had to climb over the toilet was absurd. I almost left a glowing review but just couldn't overlook these major inconveniences!

I enjoyed my balcony overlooking the beach. The room lacked a kettle, a minor inconvenience, and I noticed limited electrical outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was varied, with fresh fruit, meats, and cheeses, but I was disappointed that the bacon ran out well before the breakfast ended. The bathroom, while clean, was compact and could be cramped for some. It was a pleasant stay, but improvements could be made in breakfast availability and room amenities.

The location was perfect for easy walks to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend checking out nearby attractions and don't miss dining at a local favorite!

I had a fantastic stay with beautiful, fresh breakfast options like made-to-order omelets, and the bathroom was impressively clean. The single downside was the room size, a bit tight for my taste. I'd definitely return!

The location is right next to the beach, perfect for our vacation. The staff were especially amazing, particularly francesca. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the new breakfast options were great.
